WebI sewed it on with sinew through the seat rails. It's a leather brooks underneath so I think the leather to leather help keeps it in place. (To be clear I didn't sew it to the brooks, just used an awl to make holes and thread the sinew and wive it across the seat to the other side.) Very interesting and very cool.
