Webb5 mars 2024 · We are going to Philadelphia with 2 kids and I will be with them alone for 2 days without a car.As far as getting around, I was told Public transportation is not reliable and can be somewhat shady? Is that true or is it the same as when people say that NYC subway is very dangerous? ;) Is it safe for a young woman with two young kids?
