For TES series, Workshop has to gain the ability to order mods, install/uninstall ini edits, register/unregister BSA files. Otherwise mods will conflict or won't work at all and you won't even realize that. I'm neither for nor against a Morrowind Workshop, I don't care. I won't use it.
