WebI’ve managed to not record any of the mental breakdowns I’ve ever had. And what I do have is tics - this head shaking that person does is obviously not a fucking tic. You can clearly see them shaking their head. They look stressed. But that’s not ticcing. So why draw attention to it, call it a tic and put it on the internet? We all know why.
