WebFire damage in fo76 has a long inconsistent history patch to patch; the important bit here is that current day enemies have actual Fire resistance (in vast majority of cases exactly equal to their previous energy resistance but there are exceptions) and AntiArmor on a Flamer properly ignores a portion of that resistance increasing damage. WebPower Armor – even while playing bloodied is a much more survivable experience due in no small part to the damage mitigation offered by the PA itself, which can be greatly enhanced with the torso mod ‘Emergency Protocols’. Now you can have your cake and eat it, as the benefits of Unyielding Armor and the survivability of PA can be paired together.
