WebThe EYFS reforms 2024 are the result of a government consultation beginning in October 2024. The aims of the reforms are to improve outcomes for children at age 5, especially in language and literacy, and particularly for disadvantaged children. They also aim to reduce practitioner workload so they are able to spend more time with children. WebPhase 1 of the training program focuses on basic technical skills and fundamental knowledge by using audio and visual materials, lecture and discussions, classroom and homework exercises, and tests.
