WebMar 8, 2024 · Mar 08, 2024. If you've selected the Highlight tool that means there's no actual text in the file, just an image, so it's defaulting to an area highlight instead of text highlight. You would need to run Text Recognition on the file before being able to highlight the text in it as such. Upvote.
